The Business of Pets in a Post- COVID19 World

In partnership with the Pet Industry Federation, Rural Policy Group and a panel of experts delved into the digitisation of retail in the pet business, the future of the high street and opportunities for omnichannel business models.

Lockdown may have encouraged more of us to shop online for our pet supplies rather than struggle home with heavy tins of pet food but we still look to high street retail outlets and face-to-face interactions for advice on pet care, provision of pet services and a pleasant shopping experience.
